This is the newest yarn from Venne of The Netherlands - so new there are no professional photo images of the colors. The colors shown are from the cotton line, same dye pots but a little less sheen in the cotton/wool blend. The group photo is of the cotton/wool colors.
One strand of fine singles cotton and one strand of singles fine wool have been combined into one yarn giving you a very lightweight blend. The two yarns are not plied, but lay side by side. It is suitable for a weft but not warp. 60% cotton, 40% wool.
The yarn and colors combine nicely with other Venne yarns - 20/2 mercerized cotton, 22/2 mercerized space-dyed cotton and colcolastic.
